Lisa Feder, MBA, RYT-500, E-RYT-200, incorporates many traditions into her practices. She has certifications in Hatha, Hatha Flow, Kundalini, and I-rest Yoga Nidra.Lisa’s approach is balanced, and she likes to bring mindfulness, humor, challenge, and deep relaxation into all her practices. She considers herself a “practical yogini” focused on how students can take Yoga off the mat and into their lives. Lisa is especially interested in helping students find a yoga practice that really works for them, and she believes that yoga can provide more ease and comfort to all.
Lisa writes a monthly blog and is also the author of a book, A Year of Mindful Wellness, in which she shares accessible practices and habits to weave mindfulness into your daily life.
