On this retreat with YogaSource teacher Shawn Parell and meditation teacher (and YS Teacher Training graduate!) Erin Doerwald, your ritual daily nourishment will include yoga, meditation, and practical mindfulness teachings – all set amid the mystical countryside and stunning coastline of Cork, Ireland. Our home for the week, Ballymaloe House, is a family-owned, world-renowned Irish countryside estate. Its award-winning culinary school is at the forefront of the slow food movement with a deep commitment to sustainability.
In addition to our retreat program, we'll enjoy a guided tour of the grounds, a picnic on the Ballycotton cliffs, and a day trip to Blarney castle (with a special dinner out at a world-class restaurant). WonderLab Ireland is designed to be a spectacular, intimate retreat for yogis seeking deep revitalization, countryside luxury, and culinary arts. Partners and family members who don’t (yet) practice yoga are also welcome to join at this incredible destination.
