Join Amy and Wendelin for an unforgettable 10-day journey into the Andean cosmovision in Peru’s Sacred Valley. The exquisite Wilka T’ika Retreat Center is nestled among the towering Andes mountains and nearby Incan ruins. This retreat offers a perfect blend of spiritual practice and cultural immersion.
Our days will include excursions to sacred sites supported by yoga and meditation sessions designed to open and rejuvenate your body and mind surrounded by stunning natural beauty. You will have time to rest deeply in the retreat center that Yoga Journal calls, “a Sacred Valley oasis and one of the world’s top wellness centers.” In this place you can explore the lush gardens which are home to a 1000 year old Lacuma tree, relax in the healing waters of a solar bath, book a spa session and enjoy organic vegetarian, farm-to-table meals.
The experience culminates in a visit to the iconic Machu Picchu led by an experienced guide. There you can connect with the ancient energy of this world wonder.
Embrace the opportunity for self-discovery, healing, and adventure in one of the most sacred places on Earth.
